Owner-operators who is involved in a single-driver operations must designate the C/TPA in the Clearinghouse. If you are an owner-operator have an account with us we will also be your TPA at the clearinghouse. Once you register your account, in the TPA section simply choose "PROLAB TESTING LLC."

After submitting the registration form, it takes about 2-3 days to establish your account. During this period, you can schedule your first drug test by clicking the button below. Within 2-3 days, you will receive your account username, password, and a guide. Once you add at least one employee to the random consortium, a Certificate of Random Enrollment will be issued. If you need the certificate, we will send it to you upon request.
