Drug & Alcohol Testing Management

Drug & Alcohol Testing Management

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requires that all employers who operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) on public roads, and are subject to the commercial driver's license (CDL) requirements, implement a drug and alcohol testing program. This program must meet specific criteria to ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.
